Orbital Workout

The Circuit

Circuit training is a combination of exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session.

In Orbital Circuit training class Everesters will move through high-intensity total body exercises and will be monitored to maintain good technique and very short rest intervals.

The movements used have been studied and selected to improve your Thaiboxing, you may recognise some movements but expect the introduction of some weirdness here too.

Class benefits

Circuit training is very time efficient which makes it a popular method of training, if you cannot come to any other Everest classes come to this one if its just physical training you want. It is an excellent way to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance, obviously with the focus being on improving your Muay Thai.

Circuit training will elevate your heart rate and keep it high through the entire circuit due to the short rest periods, large muscles being worked together and a combination of upper, lower and whole body exercises.

Due to the Everest design you will be able to move from one exercise to the next without undue fatigue.

Our goal is to confuse muscle groups, to avoid plateaus and keep students engaged and optimise their time training. Read more here about the importance of different exercise. The music will be pumping hard, as will the sweat.

Let's orbit around the music motherflowers!
