Thaiboxing All levels experience
We exercise physically for around 60 minutes. Your cardio and core will be worked hard, and we never forget to stretch. We concentrate on Thai boxing technique, anyone can punch and kick, we want to show you how to do it and defend yourself properly.
Everybody likes to hit stuff, it's very stress relieving, you can even imagine the pad is someone you don't like. The Thai boxing experience we offer involves a fun, challenging and rewarding workout. Come and learn the most effective striking art that exists.
Thai boxing places great stress on your aerobic and anaerobic cardiopulmonary systems, leading to huge improvements in fitness.
Due to the rotational movement of Muay Thai your core will be worked in a big way, resulting in functional strength. With its highly explosive moves, it will help you achieve a great physique, no matter what your goal is.
Stretching is key. Expect to learn and breathe through some new positions during a class with us.
We run beginner and advanced classes simultaneously on the beach in Barcelona. Whatever your level, we’re ready to accommodate you.
Breathing & Meditation
We’re always breathing, yet we’re mostly unaware of its tremendous potential. We use Wim Hof breathing exercises during this part of the class. Heightened oxygen levels come with a lot of benefits, and with the specialised breathing techniques we use you can discover them all: more energy, reduced stress levels, and an augmented immune response to swiftly deal with pathogens.
Breathing in this mindful manner leads us perfectly into meditation practice. Learn to meditate with us and change your life. The Everest instructors will perform guided meditations in this section of the class. When you train and learn to control your mind instead of it controlling you the world is your oyster.

45 minute Muay Thai Technique, HIIT & stretching
15 minute Wim Hof breathing
15 minute Guided meditation
What to bring:
A large towel or yoga matt for the breathing and meditation.
Sporty clothing, water to drink, and love in your heart.
If you have your own gloves and hand wraps great, if not use ours for now.
Why not bring a friend with you?
During Winter months bring warm clothing or a blanket for the breathing/meditation element.
During Summer months bring something to swim in as sometimes we jump in the sea at the end of the class.
Do not sign up to the class & then not come! There are limited slots, by signing up to the class you are occupying one, if you then don’t come it means somebody has missed out on training, not cool.
