- Comment contents when requesting training information.

We use your information strictly to:
- Respond automatically to your direct inquiries and comments about our Muay Thai Base Camp, Ascent Program, and regular classes.
- Send you instructional tutorials (e.g., hand wrapping, stance guides) and booking confirmations.
- We NEVER sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

## 3. User Data Deletion Instructions / Instrucciones para la Eliminación de Datos
According to Meta Platform Rules and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data.
If you wish to have your data, messages, or contact details completely deleted from our databases, you can do so easily by following these steps:
### Option A: Email Request (Recomendado)
Send an email to:
- Subject / Asunto: "Data Deletion Request / Solicitud de Eliminación de Datos"
- Body / Mensaje: Include your full name, email, and Instagram username (@handle).
We will remove your records from our systems (Google Sheets, Make logs, and messaging databases) within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email.
### Option B: Revoke Permissions via Instagram
1. Go to your Instagram Profile -> Settings -> Apps and Websites.
2. Find the connected application and click "Remove".
