Workout & Meditate
The Everest way rests on three main pillars.: Thai boxing, Wim Hof breathing techniques and guided meditations, to offer a holistic approach to well-being.
1.5 hours outdoor training. One hour of technical Muay thai and HIIT exercises, 30 minutes of wim hof exercises, stretching and guided meditation. All taking place in the most scenic spots throughout beautiful Barcelona.
Private and group classes available.

Donation Based Workout
We want to make a difference. So, every month we run two donation based classes. The money we collect goes to children in Nepal. One week there they have torrential rainpour, the next a drought . This is a good option for those who want to try something new and simultaneously do something charitable.
