🥊 Drill hard on bags/pads, light in sparring.
🎯 Middle kick = points, distance, control.
🥊 Video 14:👣 The Teep (Front Push Kick)
🔑 Uses the sole of the foot to push opponents to the leg, body, or face.
⚙️ Two-part mechanics: lift the knee + extend and pivot (180° rotation) for speed & power.
Breathe, counterbalance with the same-side arm, and exhale/shout on impact.
🎯 Purpose: control distance, stop attacks, and counter punches or kicks fast.
🥊 Drill: push the bag or a partner (respond to their roundhouse with the opposite teep), keep it quick and precise.
