The Workout

Fed up of spending 1.5 hrs in a smelly enclosed gym and not really achieving anything? Come & give your body a blast of what it needs. This happens next to the sea and with other awesome people, under our expert guidance and supervision.

After a short warm up we will move from one fun & challenging cardio or strength exercise to the next, one by one during the 30 minute session. Offering a full body workout for people who want to feel happy, healthy & strong.
